Founded by Ms. Ashley Borris, an educator, communications professional, and passionate advocate for student success, ABLA was born out of a deep desire to create a different kind of learning experience. Through her years of working with students and families, Ms. Borris recognized a common challenge — many children were not receiving the individual attention and support they needed to truly thrive in traditional classroom settings.
Driven by this gap, she established Ashley B's Learning Academy with a clear mission: to provide a supportive, student-centered environment where every child is seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. What began as a vision to help a few students has grown into a trusted institution impacting the lives of many across Trinidad and the wider Caribbean.
Today, ABLA offers both primary and secondary level education, including full-time schooling and part-time lessons tailored to meet diverse learning needs. We specialize in preparing students for key examinations such as SEA and CSEC, while building a strong academic foundation that sets them up for long-term success.
